Monster Market is a little over 2 weeks away and we’ve still got a lot of ghoulish guest up our sleeve. Today, we’d like to introduce you to Theater Works at Peoria Center for the Performing Arts, who are doing a theatrical play of FRANKENSTEIN in Peoria, AZ from October 13 to October 29.

They will be promoting their play with actors from the show throughout the event. Plus, They will also be doing an Undead Makeup Demo at their booth at 3 PM. We’re getting excited as Monster Market creeps ever closer to haunting the Moxy on Saturday October 7th in Tempe, Arizona. One of the ways we want to get you excited is by sharing some more info about our wondrously wicked exhibitors, such as Severin Films!

Since their founding in 2006, Severin Films has become the foremost studio dedicated to rescuing, restoring and releasing the most controversial and provocative features from around the world. With offices in Los Angeles and London, the company’s international successes in DVD, Blu-Ray and niche theatrical of films from Oscar nominees and cult icons alike has garnered applause in The Hollywood Reporter, The New York Times and The Onion AV Club, and led BlogCritics.org to proclaim, “Severin Films are well on their way to becoming the greatest indie label of all time.”

Devilishly Delightful Designs in Henna from the Desert Henna Company at Monster Market Phoenix on October 7th!

Monster Market has a little bit of variety for everyone at the Moxy Tempe on Saturday October 7th. From haunted workshops, to the perfect Halloween party snacks. One vendor we’re especially excited to see is Lia Mezzatesta of Desert Henna Company. Desert Henna Company does intricate henna designs with a dark and creepy bent. Henna designs are intricate temporary tattoo like designs done with plant dye. It has a rich history as part of social and holiday celebrations since the late Bronze Age in the eastern Mediterranean for events just like those which became Halloween today. Lia grew up loving horror and will be specializing at doing freehand Henna designs at the event inspired by Halloween and hsalloween culture.

Meet Chadwick Haverland – our latest vendor at Monster Market happening on October 7th in Tempe!

Monster Market is really excited to continue announcing some of the awesome creators we have involved for our inaugural event on October 7th at the Moxy Tempe. We’re really excited to introduce you to the hyper-cool realistic artwork of local creative Chadwick Haverland from Gilbert, Arizona!

Chadwick Haverland is a freelance artist / illustrator currently residing in Gilbert, Arizona. Since establishing his studio (Chadwick Haverland Studios) in 2007, Chadwick Haverland has specialized in executing custom commissions and creating highly detailed illustrations for a wide range of clientele that includes pro athletes, actors, entertainers, trading card companies, publishers, marketing/merchandising firms, exclusive events and hardcore collectors throughout the world.

Notable projects that Chadwick has contributed work to include Marvel trading card projects for Upper Deck, AMC’s The Walking Dead seasons 1 and 2 trading card releases, creating artwork for Marshall Faulk and Deion Sanders’ Hall of Fame induction Celebration/Auction, Larry Fitzgerald & Morton’s “Celeb Server” event, plus art for the Agents of Mayhem’s “Extraordinary: Stan Lee” tribute event hosted by Chris Hardwick and product for various pro athletes and actor’s merchandising platforms among many others over the years!

Chadwick will be selling and promoting 1/1 original artwork and doing sketches at Monster Market. Plus, he’ll have limited editions & prints and various merch including shirts, magnets, etc. depicting artwork from his art! Sweet Midnight is a shop like no other, bringing its customers ‘the dark side of cute’!

We started Sweet Midnight to fill a gap in the market. We wanted to give people a place to get cute yet creepy, well made, handmade items which couldn’t be found at the local mall. We want our customers to express their individuality by providing them with accessories, jewlery and artwork to adorn their lifestyles. We hand make and design most of the items in our Bisbee, Arizona studio.We can also be found in retail locations from new Orleans to Los Angeles. You can also find us online and vending our good throughout Arizona and California at various events.

We sell our work at SweetMidnight.com as well as in various stores across the United States. Including Boutique Du Vampyre in New Orleans & Pin Up Girl Clothing in Burbank.
