Celebrate your inner monster with an all-new Halloween spooky vendor event at The Moxy Tempe on Saturday, October 7th from 10:00 AM to 6 PM with a pool-side screening of THE LOST BOYS from 8:30pm to 11:00 PM!

Were excited to announce MONSTER MARKET PHOENIX a one day celebration of independent artisans, artists, craftsmen and vendors with a spooky bent coming to haunt your spectral sensibilities on Saturday October 7th at the MOXY Tempe, Tempes newest and coolest boutique hotel, across the street from the ASU Tempe campus from 10am to 6pm, followed with a poolside screening of THE LOST BOYS at 8:30pm

MONSTER MARKET PHOENIX is not just a craft marketplace or convention, but rather a celebration of spooky culture. From vintage Halloween, to rockabilly, goth, horror and everywhere in between. We like seeing the original, imaginary, and fantastical; and we find things that go bump in the night tend to make for amazing artistic inspiration. From art, to crafts, jewelry, clothing and collectibles, MONSTER MARKET aims to showcase the independent creator and artisan working with a creative and ooky bent.

MONSTER MARKET was started by creators and vendors who are looking for something different in an event. Were geared at showcasing creators and making them and their work the stars of our event. We are a juried marketplace, looking for diversity and originality and those whose work is showcased on our floor will be showcased as the stars of our event. We are looking to showcase the best and most creative spooky influenced voices in the Valley and we want to hear from you.

We are also working with Cult Classics, who are celebrating 6 years of local fun screening events, to showcase a Halloween month 30th anniversary moonlight dive-in screening of THE LOST BOYS, one of our Halloween favorites, as the close to our event!

Well also have some Creepy Creator Spotlights, with creators showcasing how to make your holiday darker and opportunities to show off your eeriest costume for the holidays! Show off your costumes and have a fun day at the Monster Market!

MONSTER MARKET PHX is making its inaugural home at MOXY Phoenix Tempe/ASU Area, located kitty-cornered to the campus of ASU in Tempe on the corner of Rural Road and Broadway. It’s within walking distance to the Light Rail, with a large park and ride lot nearby on Broadway and McClintock, and has ample free parking spots for those making the drive down to stay.

MOXY is a boutique hotel, meant to cater to those young at heart. It has arcade and board games in the lobby, alongside a bar and kitchen set-up offering great drinks and unique dishes. We’re excited to partner with MOXY and those looking to make the weekend a stay-cation will find a discounted room rate when making your room accommodations.
